Ingredients 4 dozen frozen meatballs
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup currant jelly
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Optional: 1/2 cup green onion (sliced, or chopped fresh cilantro)
Gather the ingredients.
1. Gather all ingredients and start slow cooking the meatballs
2. In a bowl, combine the minced onion, currant jelly, and barbecue sauce. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the sauce mixture into the slow cooker and mix to coat the meatballs.
4. Serve hot from the slow cooker set on LOW or transfer to a chafing dish. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion tops or chopped cilantro, if desired.
