If you want to organize a small party at home, without having to cook, you can make delicious snacks and finger food that will impress.
Bamboo straws or toothpicks can be used for decoration.
Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, sausage on skewers
Easy solution for snacks. You just insert a tomato, a piece of sausage (Italian or Greek sausage) through small skewers and finally add a piece of round mozzarella. If you like you can add a little homemade pesto, or just oil and parsley. Be aware, however, that with pesto and oil, this finger food makes it more difficult to eat after, as it is easy to spill on clothes.
Olive, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, pepper on skewers
Another variation for the skewer. This time on the bamboo skewer, just add olives (green and black), pickles, small peppers that you will find in jars in supermarkets, salami or sausage in pieces.
Brussels sprouts wrapped in bacon
Boil Brussels sprouts properly. They don't have to be very soft, but rather crunchy. Once ready, pour them into a bowl of ice cubes and ice water to keep them bright green. Then wrap each vegetable in a slice of bacon, that you have previously cooked without oil.
Prosciutto melon
Wrap small pieces of melon around a slice of prosciutto. Hold them together with a club sandwich toothpick. If you want you may add a bit of mint.
Meatballs with melted yellow cheese
Prepare your meatballs as you would normally (with minced meat, egg, oil, grated toast, a little tomato, chopped carrot, oregano, salt and pepper) and after cooking them, put them in the oven for a few minutes at high temperature with small cheese slices. It melts from above.
